Ormond College On Country Experience to Budj Bim Visit one of the world’s oldest aquaculture systems, the UNESCO-recognised Budj Bim Cultural Landscape, on the traditional country of the Gunditjmara people in south-eastern Australia. This immersive annual three-day trip is a great opportunity to learn more about First Nations knowledges, technologies and history.

Canberra Civics Trip Take a behind-the-scenes tour of Parliament, visit the Museum of Australian Democracy and meet alumni working in the worlds of media, economics, politics and diplomacy.
Ski Week Did you know Ormond has its own ski lodge in Mount Hotham? No experience is necessary to join the Ormond Ski Club! Student skiiers spend a week in the lodge every July.



Active Society Getaways The energetic students behind the Active Society are always organising fun trips away. In recent years, they’ve taken hiking and camping trips to Lake Eildon and Wilson’s Promontory. Get around it!
