As a current student, you’re part of a community that’s energetic, diverse and driven — the people who make Ormond what it is today. This page is here to help you get the most out of College life, with links to key resources, updates from the General Committee and everything you need to stay connected and supported.

The General Committee

The General Committee (GC) is the elected student leadership team representing undergraduates at Ormond. They coordinate clubs, events and initiatives across sport, arts, music and more — from intercollegiate competitions to formal dinners, trivia nights and Battle of the Bands. The GC is also the voice of students in College decision‑making, working closely with staff to keep Ormond vibrant, inclusive and student‑led. The Middle Common Room Committee (MCRC) is an elected committee of graduate students who facilitate communication with the College’s leadership team and organise events and activities specifically for the grad student community.
